Jean-François Arteau and Karina Kesserwan become Canadian Arctic Correspondents for the World Policy Institute based in New York.

On a regular basis, they will publish articles in the issue-specific blog, Arctic in Context. This blog seeks to include a broad range of voices covering areas as diverse as politics, science, and the arts. It is part of the  World Policy Blog, the online counterpart of World Policy Journal, presenting selected readings, expert analysis, and original opinions that complement the broader agenda of the quarterly magazine.
